"Go to view->show mixers window from the Multi-track mode, or hit Alt-2. On the mixer, make sure the buttons to the side of the mixer entitled “Out” and “Bus” are both depressed.
Now click on the first track, where it most likely says Out 1. (It may something Out 2, or Out 3, depending on how your sound card is configured in relation to the software. You can get those options under the Options menu. I’m not dealing with that here.)
Now click “New Bus.”"

his fingers clean of mayonnaise and glistening pig grease. There was a
distant, crazed look in his eyes. He was seated on a toilet in a small
bathroom. The plastic plants in the corner added a merry, joyous feeling
to the room, like a slightly out-of-key Christmas carol played on a tin
flute.
Finishing the last bite of the sandwich, Jesus stood up and crammed
his fingers deep into his throat. A giant stream of vomit poured into the
toilet violently. It sounded like a waterfall. Little Niagara.
He staggered up to a mirror hanging over the sink, staring long and
hard into his own eyes, as he smeared bright red lipstick onto his lips and
chin, inspected his long arching eyebrows, and then chuckled, although it
seemed forced and nervous.
In a sudden explosion of anger, he slammed his fist into the mirror,
shattering it and splattering blood across the shards.
“Fat bitch!” he screamed, feeling much better.

I started my myspace account as a joke, a little worm eating into the heart of Murdochspace, and toyed
with ways to enable the clueless to overpopulate the servers with spambots, life coaches and MLM schemes.
Along the way I picked up an absurd number of 'friends' to the point that my friends list
is completely unmanageable - add to that the long load times since every page requires my browse
to load a flash advertisement for ringtones, surveys, or dating sites and myspace becomes a horrendous timesuck.
I started with Tribe.net back when it was novel and seemed to promise to put me in touch with others vibing along
on the same wavelength. Now my tribe profile sucks rss feed off my personal blog, and who knows what
freaky asshole's been following my scatterbrained musings. I rarely even sign in to my profiles online,
as I'm lucky if I find the time to respond to emails with the writing and production schedules I continue to
impose on myself. I'm in the full-blown throes of what's being called
Social Networking Fatigue, which any day now I'm sure will be covered on an advert for zoloft.
